Attendance
Throughout the academic year, each student is allowed 4 absences in total. Any student with more than 4 days of absences are subject to termination of their studies for the semester

Copier Machine
The Bible Institute offers students with the use of the church's black and white copier machine for 10 cents per page, double side. The copier machine is located in the office room.

Audio/Video Equipment
The Bible Institute offers audio/video equipment(s) [projector, tv's, etc] for the students and teachers free of charge. However, the person using the equipment are required to reserve them. Reservation forms are located in the office room.

Cancellation Due to Weather
If classes are cancelled due to weather, we will post the closure on the following locations:
- Our Homepage and Instituto's Homepage at IDDPChelsea.org
- Boston's WCVB (Channel 5/ABC), it's website at WCVB.com, or it's Mobile App
- Boston's WHDH (Channel 7/WHDH), it's website at WHDH.com, or it's Mobile App

More than 1 Snow Day
If classes are cancelled due to weather more than 1 time throughout the academic year, classes may be extended at the end of the year. Graduation will also be delayed.
